Your emergency contacts are the list of people who will be contacted in the event of a security breach at your business or residence. It is critical that this list of people are aware that they are an emergency contact, and that they input the call center number (1-800-662-1711) into their contacts as Defining Systems Monitoring. The number is a 1-800 number and we do not want anyone to mistake this number for a telemarketer in case of an emergency.
