Passive Infrared Detection

Passive Infrared or PIR detectors recognize objects by their heat signature. While this technology is the most cost effective, the susceptibility to false alarms is higher. PIR detectors can be installed just about anywhere and can trigger any automated event.

Photoelectric Beams

Photoelectric sensors can span great distances with high reliability and immunity to false alarms. Deploying sensors with multiple photoelectric points reduces the possibility of small animals or inanimate objects tripping and creating detection events.

Laser Detection

Create virtual walls with the laser detectors. Track an object’s size, movement, and speed in relation to the detector.  And when deployed in conjunction with a surveillance system, the laser detector can activate recordings and direct PTZ cameras.
